Dentsu World Services engineered a premium shopping experience (PSE) for the world’s leading sportswear brand and fast-tracked its global market development program. Leveraging dentsu’s Headless Commerce capabilities, we integrated all aspects of brand & commerce (CRM, social, tech platforms, etc.) to create a modern SFCC platform with scalable headless architecture. This new dynamic ecosystem was personalised for a diverse user base and benefited both the client and the customer.
