We recently conducted our second meet up event on the topic — “Salesforce Cross Cloud Integration : Unified 360 View of the Customer”.
This was an external event where we had also invited IT people from other companies interested in learning about this topic.
The session was taken by Jayant Singh where he focused on the customer interaction with Commerce, Marketing & Service Cloud. The event saw active participation from the Salesforce Commerce Community with some real-time use case demonstrations.
